Our Customer Care Centre is available to support you either over the phone or face to face. Our dedicated telephone service is available to provide you with information and support about all of the twofour54 tawasol services. Our twofour54 tawasol representatives will also be able to help you with regard to more general enquiries in relation to the all services offered by twofour54.

So for any request, from a visa request to the booking of studios or training courses, please call us on +971 2 401 2454, and we will be pleased to help you.
 
In addition to this telephone service, we also have a walk in Service Centre which is located in our twofour54 offices at Khalifa Park.  If you would like to talk to someone face to face, or need to drop off / collect some documents, please visit one of twofour54 tawasol representatives in the Service Centre who will be happy to help you.
 
The Customer Care Teams are available between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. - Sunday through Thursday.
