Business Development - Community Hub Manager

Be responsible for managing the entire facility to ensure operationally all is running
efficiently and our Community Members are working and using the facility with
satisfaction.
Have a close working relationship with all stakeholders of the Community Hub and
understand their daily needs.
Have weekly operational meetings with the FM team to report, brief and ensure
facility is running smoothly.
Conduct monthly conversations with the various Community Hub tenants to ensure
their satisfaction with the facility and understand their ongoing experience. All
interactions need to be a logged and reported on a monthly basis. Have knowledge of all the tenants, the various companies, the freelancers, the
CMA community. Know about their various access, and be able to guide people to
their designated spaces.
 As there will be bookable, revenue generating facilities, you will be tasked to raise
awareness, conduct site tours and sell these facilities.
 Be able to set up and screenings or presentations in either the Demo Room,
Townhall and Screening room and be able to problem solve if any issues arise

Be able to sell the various membership packages and have full knowledge of the
different access each membership tier provides.
Support front desk reception and conduct all site visits to the Hub

Community Members Onboarding

Conduct pre-move-in meetings & tours with all new partners, freelancers and
community members to ensure they get orientated with their working space and
the facilities.
Support partners and freelancers/community members on their move in day,
provide them with any material they may need and ensure that they are all set up
and able to begin work straight away.


Who you are

3+ years in Community Management.
Experience in running a facility, preferable in the Media & Creative industries.
Excellent business development skills.
Have background in events.
Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Collaborative and a team player at heart.
Detail orientated and can manage projects efficiently.
Passionate about growing a community of creatives and innovators, building strong
relationships with all community members.
Able to create a vibrant and positive community atmosphere and a thriving
working environment.
Interest in and knowledge of the latest trends in the Media, Gaming and Creative
Industries.
Proficient in English. Arabic language skills are a bonus.
