twofour54 and Abu Dhabi Fund for Development ink MoU for future projects

Abu Dhabi’s media zone, twofour54, and Abu Dhabi Fund for Development (ADFD) have signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at enhancing cooperation and knowledge exchange to support the objectives of the two organisations.
Under the agreement, Abu Dhabi Fund for Development will be able to take advantage of twofour54’s media and production capabilities to enhance the media services it provides; while twofour54 will benefit from involvement in the Fund’s global development projects, particularly through access to opportunities with regional and international institutions who receive funding from ADFD.
The MoU was inked by Maryam Al Mheiri, Acting Chief Executive Officer of twofour54 and HE Mohammed Saif Al Suwaidi, Director General of Abu Dhabi Fund for Development, with Al Mheiri noting that the agreement reflects the culture of constructive cooperation and partnership between government agencies that is vital to achieving the strategic objectives of Abu Dhabi.
Al Mheiri said: “twofour54 and Abu Dhabi Fund for Development share the goal of contributing to the development in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi through economic diversification. Each organisation bring different skills, tools and expertise to the table and by working together we will be able to achieve more towards our goals and have a greater positive impact on Abu Dhabi’s economic and social future.”
HE Mohammed Saif Al Suwaidi, Director General of Abu Dhabi Fund for Development, said: “We are pleased to sign a memorandum of cooperation with twofour54, which will provide technical support for our services and help to shed light on our future projects. This agreement between twofour54 and Abu Dhabi Fund for Development will enable us to harness the human and technical potential of Abu Dhabi’s growing media community and tap into the talent available at twofour54, helping to achieve new levels of awareness and promotion of the projects we undertake locally and regionally.”
Abu Dhabi Fund for Development is a government organisation and a leader in the field of development works. Currently, the fund deals with governments in more than 80 countries around the world and over a 45 year period has provided development projects with more than AED73 billion of funding.
