Esteban Gómez Nadal is Chief Growth Officer at Abu Dhabi Media Company, where he leads overall growth, restructuring and transformation across all media platforms of the company to accelerate its journey into the digital world. Esteban is a Change Agent, based and expert in the Middle East, with a valuable and traceable success record in defining and executing sound strategies for different types of organizations. Esteban was a former Partner and Managing Director of Palladium. Previous to Palladium, Esteban held different CEO positions mainly in the Telecom and Media industries in Spain and the USA. Esteban, an active member of YPO, has global networking capability that is effectively used to connect interests and deliver results across different industries, at all stages of value chains.
Esteban is a graduate in Economics from Universidad Autonoma de Madrid and his professional and personal journey has given him a thorough multicultural understanding that allows him to work in the most various contexts.
