Ian Clarke
Acting General Counsel
Ian Clarke is the Acting General Counsel and Company Secretary for twofour54, where he manages and oversees the company’s legal and compliance department. In his current role, Ian supervises all legal matters of the business, including real estate, studio and development projects, as well as a wide range of operational, asset management and governance requirements.
Prior to joining twofour54 in 2021, Ian was the Senior Legal Counsel at Emirates Global Aluminium from 2015 to 2021. Previously, Ian also worked at prominent international law firms, including Taylor Wessing in London and Berwin Leighton Paisner in Abu Dhabi, eventually moving into the role of an in-house counsel.
Ian studied Politics at Leeds University before obtaining his postgraduate degree in law at BPP Law School and is admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales. Before life as a lawyer, Ian was a professional rugby player in the UK.
